Delivery

Considering the product is in stock normal delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date you placed your order.

Cancellations and Returns

If you decide to return your item, Diamond Ring Inc.com offers a 7 day full refund. Please notify us of any item being returned, returned item without an advance notice will be rejected (Please call before you made any return). Any return after the 7 Days in 30 days period will receive a store credit "Only" with 10% restocking fee applied to the store credit. No return for refund or store credit will be accepted after 30 Days. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The returned package must be postmarked within 7 days starting on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. Returns will be thoroughly examined by a qualified gemologist to verify that the original diamond has been returned. Jewelry must be in its original condition, worn item will not get a refund. Items altered in any manner will not be issued a refund. After we verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account/credit/charge card you used to make the original purchase. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. We can only process your request after our expert, inspects the returned item and verifies it is exactly the same piece of jewelry in the same condition. Sales are final no return or exchange will be accept it after the 7 days term. Returns can be made via the United States Postal Service fully insured for the amount of purchase. All the above applies to exchanges as well.

Exchanges

All client transactions will be carefully documented and kept on file for future reference in the event that you would like to trade in your diamond. Details will be discussed at time of trade in. Diamond Ring Inc.co offer a lifetime warranty on any diamond ring setting including free ring size adjustment.
